Our delicious Organic and Vegan Chardonnay Viognier blend bottled for us by Bernard Paillet at Domaine Regismont in the Northern Languedoc near Carcassone. We try to make as much of this as possible each year because it's just delicious. It's dry but nicely spicy. It has aromas of white peach and pear. Great on its own and also with a good roast chicken.
