.The grapes are from a biodynamic plot called “EL ABUELO” with more than 40 year old Tempranillo and nearly 80 y.o. Garnacha vines.

Without yeast or bacteria added, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation in second and third used barrels of 500 L and 225 L. The wine is then aged for 18 months in the same barrels. Clarification with organic farm egg white occurs then bottling.
