Smith and Evans Still

2013 Vintage Coming Soon. Most years, if we have enough juice we like to produce a small amount of still wine for our own table and that of friends. It is lightly pressed and released in the spring following the harvest. It is sold in small quantities in our local shops. In general we thought that it would be a wine to be drunk when young but three years on, the 2010 still tastes great although we are down to the last bottles.
